Carrot shake


  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 gr pineapple
  • 20 gr ginger
  • 10 gr peanut butter


  • Pour milk in blender, add carrot, pineapple, ginger and peanut butter, and blend for a few minutes until you get a compact texture.
  • Sprinkle shake with  linseed, sesame and shelled sunflower.
