- 200 ml milk
- 1 carrot
- 100 gr pineapple
- 20 gr ginger
- 10 gr peanut butter
- Pour milk in blender, add carrot, pineapple, ginger and peanut butter, and blend for a few minutes until you get a compact texture.
- Sprinkle shake with linseed, sesame and shelled sunflower.
