Sastojci za 1 mafin/Ingredients for 1 muffin:
•parče hleba za tost/ a slice of toast bread
•parče dugačke, široke tanko isečene slanine (ja sam koristila kupovnu, već isečenu)/ a slice of a long, thin cut bacon
•nekoliko kockica paprike/ a few dices of bell pepper
•1 jaje/ an egg
•malo soli/ little bit of salt
•kalup za mafine/ muffin mold

Priprema/ Method:
•Sa manjom čašom ili okruglim kalupom napravite okrugli oblik od hleba koji vam je potreban za dno mafina/ with smaller cup or round mold take circle shape from bread which will be bottom of the muffin.
•Propržite 1 minut slaninu sa obe strane/ Fry bacon 1 minute on both sides
•Isecite papriku u kockice/ Cut bell pepper in dices


•Oko zida kalupa stavite u krug parče slanine, zatim utisnite hleb u dno. Izlijte jaje u mafin (da žumance zadrži oblik), odgore stavite par kockica paprike, malo soli i pecite 15 minuta na 200°C u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni. Pustite mafine 2 minuta da se malo rashlade pre nego što ih izvadite iz kalupa. Služite toplo./ Put bacon in circle around muffin wall, and on the bottom put a bread circle. Put egg inside (make sure that yolk doesn’t lose the shape), add few dices of bell pepper on the top and little bit of salt. Bake in previously heated oven on 200°C for 15 minutes. Let the muffins 2 minutes to cool down before you take them out from mold. Serve them warm.
