Posni puding od narandže/Orange pudding

Sastojci/ Ingredients:

•3 pomorandže/ 3 oranges

•1 kora od pomorandže/ 1 orange peel

•1/2 l vode/ water

•60 gr meda/ 60 gr honey

•malo vanilinog ekstrakta/ a little bit of vanilla extract

•200-250 gr palente/ 200-250 gr polenta

Priprema/ Method:

•U šerpu staviti vodu, dodati sok od isceđenih pomorandži, koru od pomorandže, vanilin ekstrakt, med i kuvati na srednje jakoj vatri./ Put water in the pot, add juice made from squeezed oranges, orange peel, honey and vanilla extract, and cook.

•Kada se tečnost zagreje potrebno je dodati palentu i neprekidno mešati sa žicom sve dok ne počne da kipi./ When liquid warms up, add polenta and stir until it starts to boil.

•Tako dobijenu masu, dok je još topla sipajte u silikonski kalup i ostavite da se hladi u frižideru nekoliko sati./ Pour warm mixture in silicon mold and put in refrigerator to cool down for a several hours.
