Sastojci:

•145 gr čokolade za kuvanje/145 gr chocolate for cooking

•145 gr margarina ili putera/145 gr margarine or butter

•110 gr brašna/ 110 gr flour

•100 gr šećera/ 100 gr sugar

•3 jaja/ 3 eggs

•1 prašak za pecivo/ 1 backing powder

•1 banana

•dekoracija po izboru (ja sam koristila mus od jagode)/choose your own decoration (I used strawberry cream)

Priprema/ Method:

•Otopite puter I čokoladu zajedno i ostavite da se ohladi/ Melt together butter and chocolate and leave to cool down

•Izmiksajte belanca i dodajte im žumanca koja ste prethodno umutili sa šećerom/ Blend with blender white part of the egg, then add yolk previously blend with sugar

•Promešajte ručno sastojke, pa dodajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i čokoladu sa puterom/ Stir all together, then add flour, backing powder and chocolate with butter

•Na kraju dodajte bananu koju ste izgnječili u kašu/ Add banana previously mashed into porridge

•Sipajte smesu u kalup za mafine i pecite 15-ak minuta na 180 stepeni Celzijusa/ Pour mixture in the mold for muffins and bake around 15 minutes at 180 C
