Crveno, nek sluti na radost… Ponedeljak počnimo slatko i radosno

Sastojci za koru / ingredients for batter:

•5 jaja/ 5 eggs

•4 kašike šećera/ 4 spoons of sugar

•5 kašika brašna/ 5 spoons of flour

•1,5 kašika kakaoa/ 1,5 spoon of cacao

Za sirup/ For syrup:

•100 ml vode/ 100 ml of water

•1 kašika šećera/ 1 spoon of sugar

Fil / Cream:

•500 ml mleka + 100 ml da se razmuti brašno i šećer/ 500 ml of milk + 100 ml for stir up of flour and sugar

•6 kašika šećera/ 6 spoons of sugar

•6 kašika brašna/ 6 spoons of flour

•250 gr margarina ili putera/ 250 gr of margarine or butter

•3 kesice vanilin šećera/ 3 bags of vanil sugar

•100 gr malina/ 100 gr of raspberries

Preliv/ Dressing:

•200 gr čokolade za kuvanje/ 200 gr chocolate for cooking

•6 kašika ulja/ 6 spoons of oil

Postupak pripreme/ Method:

•Izmiksati 5 jaja, 4 kašike šećera, dodati 5 kašika brašna i na kraju 1,5 kašika kakaoa/ Blend with mixer 5 eggs, 4 spoons of sugar, add 5 spoons of flour and in the end 1,5 spoons of cacao.

•Sipajte smesu u tepsiju prečnika 26 cm obloženu pek papirom i pecite na 200 stepeni celzijusa 10 minuta. Proverite testo sa viljuškom, ukoliko se ne lepi za viljušku, pečeno je./ Pour mixture in casserole dish 26 cm diameter, in which you put previously baking paper, and bake in the oven heated on 200 Celzius degrees about 10 minutes. Check with fork – if batter doesn’t stay on the fork, it’s done.

•Koru preliti sa sirupom od 100ml vode i 1 kašikom šećera, koji je prokuvan i ohladjen./ Over the batter pour boiled and cooled syrup made from 100 ml of water and 1 spoon of sugar.

•500 ml mleka kuvati sa 3 kašike šećera, a u 100 ml mleka rastopiti 3 kašike šećera i 6 kašika brašna. Tu masu sipati u proključalo mleko i kuvati par minuta na srednjoj temperaturi dok se ne zgusne. Ostavite da se ohladi./ In 500 ml of milk add 3 spoons of sugar and cook together. In 100 ml of milk add 3 spoons of sugar snd 6 spoons of flour and stir up until you get homogen mixture. Then add that mixture in boiling milk, and cook on mild temperature for a few minutes until the mixture become dense. Leave mixture to cool down.

•Izmiksajte posebno margarin sa 3 vanilin šećera i 100 gr malina. Dodajte ohladjenu smesu i izmiksajte sve zajedno. Razmažite preko kore./ Mix margarine with 3 vanil sugar and 100 gr of raspberries. Add cooled mixture and mix all together. Put over the batter.

•Rastopite 200 gr čokolade sa 6 kašika ulja. Pustite da se malo prohladi i sipajte preko fila./ Melt 200 gr of chocolate with 6 spoons of oil. Cool it down just a little bit and pour over the cream.

•Možete dekorisati sa nekoliko malina./ You can decorate cake with couple of raspberries.
